As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, we’re excited to share the latest updates from DRFT Farm. This fall, there’s so much to celebrate—from reaching new milestones to savoring the bountiful harvest this season brings.

A Whirlwind Summer at DRFT Farm

This summer was a beautiful blur of activity. We hosted countless events, welcomed new faces, and deepened our connection with the creative community. Our orchard thrived, yielding a vibrant harvest shared through our Picked + Plated experiences. Peaches, pears, mint, and watermelon took center stage, adding fresh, dynamic flavors to our dishes and creating unforgettable farm-to-table memories.

Exciting News: Our First Corporate Client

We’re thrilled to share a major milestone—this month, we welcomed our first corporate client for Art in Nature Therapy. This marks a new chapter in our journey to offer creative, healing experiences deeply rooted in nature. It’s an exciting step as we expand our unique offerings at DRFT Farm.

Herb of the Season: Thai Basil

This fall, we’re spotlighting Thai basil! With its slightly spicy, anise-like flavor and vibrant purple stems, Thai basil adds a rich, aromatic twist to our fall recipes. Whether paired with locally-sourced beef or vegan dishes, this herb shines at our upcoming Picked + Plated events. Thai basil captures the essence of fall—warm, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Fall at the Farm

As we prepare for our next seasonal feast, we savor the simple joys around the farm. Watching Makena pick the last vibrant zinnias, sprinkling the final sun gold tomatoes onto a guest’s plate, or seeing baby Kazha play in the orchard reminds us of the beauty in every season.

Though the seasons shift, our commitment to sustainability and growing fresh, local ingredients remains steadfast. We’re excited to continue sharing our harvest with you and demonstrating how thoughtful use of ingredients ensures nothing goes to waste.
